About
I'm convinced that the spaces we design have the ability to transform the lives of those who inhabit them. I've sensed this since I was studying architecture, but it was light that revealed the magic behind our spatial perception.
I am a lighting designer by profession and a teacher by unexpected vocation. Throughout my career I have worked on projects of all types and scales—residential, commercial, urban, and hospitality— developing creative and technically rigorous solutions for the most challenging projects.
My professional career has a distinctly international scope, with projects executed on five continents. This diversity of contexts has enriched my perspective and consolidated a collaborative, sensitive, and open approach to the most complex challenges, where light becomes one with architecture.
In addition to designing, I teach. For years, I've been regularly teaching classes, lectures, and workshops, convinced that sharing knowledge is a way to continue evolving. This curiosity also gives rise to abcd.luz, a personal project dedicated to the dissemination and education about the universe of light.
